Thank you so much for shopping with us! When it comes to purchasing online we know how difficult it can be to determine what works for you. With that in mind we are excited to offer a process to make returning items easy.

With our return process, you simply need to email and include your order number associated with the item(s) you want to return. Our returns department will email you back within 48 hours within our business hours of operation. 

Below you can find our full policy as well as a few exceptions regarding our new return process. If you have any questions at all, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help!

Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be shipped back for return within 7 days of items being delivered to customer. Shipping charges and processing fees will not be refunded. Items purchased at an event or an in-person pop up are final sale, no returns or exchanges.

Once returned item(s) is/are received, your item will be processed within 7-10 business days. If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition,  the refund will be issued to your bank equal to the price of the returned item(s), included sales tax (if applicable), minus the cost of the shipping. Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account (timing will vary based on your financial institution).

Promo codes are not valid on prior purchases. Items purchased with a promo code may be returned within 7 days of item being delivered for a refund of the price paid for the item(s). Shipping charges will not be refunded. Expired promo codes will not be accepted.

Items marked as "Sale" items or *FINAL SALE* are not eligible for a refund. Additionally, due to the nature of charitable popup sales and fundraisers all of those sales are considered final and are not eligible for return.

*Items smelling of perfume or marked with makeup are not valid for return.*

*Shoes must be returned with the original shoebox intact and unaltered, the shoebox cannot be used as a package. Any tape or labels placed on the shoebox will result in the package being refused and no refund will be issued.*

*We are not responsible for items being shipped to incorrect address. Please make sure shipping address is correct at check out.* 

PREORDERS: If for some reason an item is out of stock from our vendor, we will issue a store credit to be used on a live sale. Once you’ve shopped and received your “pay for cart” message, there will be a box to select to “apply credit” during checkout.

All items paid for will be shipped. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Refunds will not occur until the item(s) are shipped back. To avoid confusion with an automated system and mass mail outs, we allow our returns department to handle all refunds.
